Immerse yourself in a topic. Be it through individual workshops or coordinated and progressive series of courses dedicated to specific topics related to yoga and personal development. 

The difference between workshops and courses

Inworkshopsselective deepening of yoga practice, pranayama, yoga philosophy or other yogic subject areas are worked out. 

In the course series Yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and the psychosocial counseling approach are used as a means of changing specific topics/personality development. The topic is discussed and accompanied in the group using questions, journalling, visualizations, asana practice and breathing exercises. 

Due to the structure of the series, processes can be stimulated, observed and changed, and space for change is created. These can be present over the weeks and contribute to conscious change. 

Both offers are aimed at beginners, advanced, curious and all those who would like to get to know something new. The courses are conducted in groups.
