Leikeli's vision is to create a space for personality development. As close to everyday life as possible, in which everyone can work on their topics at their own pace.

The idea of the offer is based on the conviction that people should be seen holistically and that there should be room for life-integrating, everyday changesYoga and Counselingcreated. 

Through the combination of yoga elements, work on a physical level through asanas (physical exercises) and the yoga elements on an energetic level (e.g. through pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation), psychological processes are stimulated. These can be made conscious through the consultation and then reintegrated into the yoga practice to change the process. This creates a cycle of philosophically holistic and life-integrating change processes.
